Dementia Care Programme
Unique Life. Unique World. Unique Environment
A structured dementia care programme grounded in Pat Hobson's Enabling People with Dementia. It supports practitioners, leaders and organisations to deliver consistent, person-centred and person-led dementia care.

Who the programme is for
Designed for the people who shape dementia care
Course purpose
Turning person-centred principles into consistent daily practice
Many services understand person-centred care in principle, yet struggle to deliver it consistently across every shift, team and environment. This programme closes that gap.
Built on the Unique Life, Unique World, Unique Environment model, it gives teams a shared language and a practical method for placing each person's identity, world and environment at the centre of the care they receive.
What learners will gain

- Recognise and reduce malignant social psychology in daily practice
- Understand behaviour as communication and respond with meaning
- Create dementia-supportive physical and emotional environments
- Embed the Unique Life, Unique World, Unique Environment model in practice
